Other tips
If you want to ensure that a piece of text is separated from the text around it without a visible space, use "". This doesn't show up in the displayed page but is a logical break, useful in referring to SandBoxes for instance. Another way to refer to SandBoxes is to use an "explicit wiki link", which are meant for more liberal wikis which allow more variety in page names.
Wondering why there are no explanations on this page? They would just clutter the examples.
