Differences between version 5 and version 6

This page shows the changes that were made between the two revisions by showing the differences in the page as entered by the authors rather than attempting to show changes in the normally-viewed HTML page.

Sections of text that are common to the two versions are shown with no highlighting, Text in revision 5 but not in 6 is shown like this and text in revision 6 that isn't in 5 is shown like this. As newlines are important to the final layout of the page, they are represented by the symbol ¶, so that you can more easily tell when they are inserted or removed.
